A wonderful weekend of firsts!

Annabeth, today we heard you giggle! You've just started smiling on demand and you're already very well aware of how charming it is. And it is charming! You're a beautiful little girl, Annabeth. (Now sleep through night!!)

Alejandro, you saw your first play today! Click, Clack Moo! at the Lifeline Theatre. Did you like it? You'll probably remember that you did. In truth, you had a rough fifteen minutes at the beginning. We're not quite sure what you didn't like about it, but I think it had something to do with one of the cow characters. Not quite sure. Luckily you rallied. By the end you smiled, applauded, and even took photos with the characters after the show. We hope you enjoyed your little introduction to the theater, Ale.

And last but not least, Linus. They were small, they were few, but they were STEPS! We bet you'll be walking all over the house by next weekend. Right now, you're content to stand. You love standing. You're so proud, you often fall over because your clapping throws off your balance. Go, Linus, go!

Cute story: We were cleaning up the playroom this morning. Alejandro pointed out the large mess on the floor.

Me: "What are we going to do about it?"
Ale: "We're going to have to get used to it."
